# Nubuki vs Galactic Weather

The clearest difference is update cadence: Galactic Weather at every 5 days against Nubuki's every 4 months. Nubuki's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nubuki sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Galactic Weather sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nubuki ships an update every 4 months, Galactic Weather every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
