# SUS4 Drum Pad vs SLAP

The clearest difference is ads: SUS4 Drum Pad at none against SLAP's shown. SUS4 Drum Pad also leads on device support (3 vs 1). SLAP's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SUS4 Drum Pad sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and SLAP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SUS4 Drum Pad ships an update fortnightly, SLAP weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
