Sortlock is a colour-sort puzzle with a brain. Pour balls between flasks until each flask holds a single colour — the satisfying sort you already love. The twist: some balls are hidden under a "?", and you have to DEDUCE their colour before you move. No guessing, no luck — just clean logic. Every board is built by a solver that guarantees exactly one logical solution, so a hidden ball can always be worked out from the clues: colour counts, flask rules and the balls you've already revealed. Think Sort Ɨ Minesweeper Ɨ Mastermind, in one calm puzzle. HOW TO PLAY • Tap a flask, then another, to pour the top ball across. • Make every flask a single colour to solve the board. • Some balls are hidden ("?") — read the clues and deduce their colour. • Every level is guaranteed solvable by logic alone. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • A real deduction layer — not another mindless tap-sorter. • Adaptive difficulty keeps you in the zone: the engine learns your pace and tunes colours, hidden balls and empty flasks to you. • Endless, always-solvable content — boards are generated on the fly, never a dead end. • Colour-blind friendly: every colour also shows a letter (R/B/G/Y…); hidden is "?". A BOARD FOR THE WHOLE WORLD • One shared Daily Board every day — the exact same puzzle for everyone. • Climb the daily ranking: fewest moves, then fastest time. • No spoilers — share a clean result card and a unique link to your run. ECHO DUELS — DEDUCTION, HEAD TO HEAD • Race a rival's "echo": an asynchronous replay of how someone else cracked today's board. • Get matched to your skill, or challenge a friend with a 6-character code. • Win on fewer moves and tighter reasoning — no real-time servers needed. CALM BY DESIGN • No timers on normal play, no pressure, no dark patterns. • Plays fully offline — the daily board and duels are the only online extras. • Free to play: no ads and no in-app purchases in this version. Sortlock is made for quiet, thoughtful moments: a coffee break, a commute, or winding down before bed. Sort blind, think it through, and find your flow.
