# Arcvellum vs Document Reader

The clearest difference is ads: Arcvellum at none against Document Reader's shown. Arcvellum also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Arcvellum sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per year and Document Reader sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
