# Custom Keyboard vs Orvena

The clearest difference is update cadence: Orvena at every 3 days against Custom Keyboard's weekly. Custom Keyboard's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Custom Keyboard sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Orvena sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Custom Keyboard ships an update weekly, Orvena every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
