# Mèche vs PUMPLE

The clearest difference is ads: PUMPLE at none against Mèche's shown. PUMPLE also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mèche sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and PUMPLE sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mèche ships an update every 2 weeks, PUMPLE every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
