# Tether vs Priority

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tether at every 4 days against Priority's every 9 days. Tether also leads on iOS requirement (18 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tether sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Priority sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tether ships an update every 4 days, Priority every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
