# RELAY 릴레이 vs Catchtype

The clearest difference is rating: RELAY 릴레이 at 5.0 against Catchtype's 4.3. Catchtype's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs every 2 days). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RELAY 릴레이 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of RELAY 릴레이's written reviews are positive against 94% of Catchtype's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RELAY 릴레이 ships an update every 2 days, Catchtype daily. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
