# PriRec vs Nova Cloud

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Nova Cloud at 15.0 against PriRec's 18.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PriRec sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Nova Cloud sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PriRec ships an update every 3 weeks, Nova Cloud fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
