# Arcus VBT vs msats

Arcus VBT and msats both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 89% of Arcus VBT's written reviews are positive against 44% of msats's. Arcus VBT also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). msats's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs weekly) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Arcus VBT sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.69 per month and msats sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Arcus VBT against 5.0 for msats. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arcus VBT has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 89% of Arcus VBT's written reviews are positive against 44% of msats's.

Arcus VBT ships an update weekly, msats every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
