# EP vs REK

The clearest difference is update cadence: REK at every 6 days against EP's fortnightly. EP's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EP sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and REK sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EP ships an update fortnightly, REK every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
