# Metabo vs NoBS Fasting

The clearest difference is update cadence: Metabo at every 2 days against NoBS Fasting's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Metabo sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and NoBS Fasting sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Metabo ships an update every 2 days, NoBS Fasting fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
