# Word Journey! vs Word Braid

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Word Journey! at 93 against Word Braid's 5. Word Journey! also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.6). Word Braid's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 9 days). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Word Journey! sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Word Braid sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
