# Proxy Switchboard vs Secure Proxy

The clearest difference is update cadence: Proxy Switchboard at daily against Secure Proxy's every 2 weeks. Proxy Switchboard also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Proxy Switchboard sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Secure Proxy sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
