# Resonote vs DashboardToday

The clearest difference is update cadence: Resonote at every 4 days against DashboardToday's fortnightly. DashboardToday's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Resonote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and DashboardToday sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Resonote ships an update every 4 days, DashboardToday fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
