# MacroMotion vs Alzo

The clearest difference is update cadence: MacroMotion at every 4 days against Alzo's fortnightly. MacroMotion also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). Alzo's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MacroMotion sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.29 per 7 days and Alzo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MacroMotion ships an update every 4 days, Alzo fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
