# AppTimeLock vs ScrollGone

The clearest difference is update cadence: ScrollGone at every 4 days against AppTimeLock's every 5 weeks. ScrollGone also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AppTimeLock sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and ScrollGone sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AppTimeLock ships an update every 5 weeks, ScrollGone every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
