# SelfAssay vs Bike Dynamics

The clearest difference is update cadence: Bike Dynamics at every 3 days against SelfAssay's every 10 days. SelfAssay's advantage is iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SelfAssay sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Bike Dynamics sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SelfAssay ships an update every 10 days, Bike Dynamics every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
