# Eclipse vs Terrazzo

The clearest difference is ads: Terrazzo at none against Eclipse's shown. Terrazzo also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 2 weeks). Eclipse's advantage is iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eclipse sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Terrazzo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eclipse ships an update every 2 weeks, Terrazzo daily. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
