# Dummo vs Retinly

The clearest difference is update cadence: Retinly at every 2 days against Dummo's every 9 days. Retinly also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dummo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Retinly sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dummo ships an update every 9 days, Retinly every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
