# محمديات vs 1st Step

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: محمديات at none against 1st Step's 4. 1st Step's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 1st Step sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $10.00 per month. محمديات asks for nothing beyond the download.

محمديات ships an update every 6 weeks, 1st Step every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
