# Ward vs Block Bastion

The clearest difference is ads: Ward at none against Block Bastion's shown. Block Bastion's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ward sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Block Bastion sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
