# Record Picker vs WillsRecord

The clearest difference is update cadence: Record Picker at every 3 days against WillsRecord's every 3 weeks. WillsRecord's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs paid) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Record Picker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and WillsRecord sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Record Picker ships an update every 3 days, WillsRecord every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
