# SimplePlan vs Riggle

The clearest difference is update cadence: Riggle at every 3 days against SimplePlan's every 2 months. Riggle also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SimplePlan ships an update every 2 months, Riggle every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
