Your day has 1,440 minutes. What's left after sleep and work is your take-home pay. 1440 is a time ledger you keep with your group. A TIME PASSBOOK YOU KEEP TOGETHER Keep it as a group of 2–5. Your group sees only time deposited, whether you stayed in budget, and borrowed time β€” never app names or times (social minutes only if you choose to share them). Starting alone? That's fine: Bunta stamps for you until someone joins. SET BIG GOALS Set a target and a deadline ("English for TOEIC, 150 hours") and the daily pace appears automatically. Your nightly answer becomes the deposit. Group goals are funded by everyone. AN ORGANIZER, NOT A MONITOR The organizer you appoint stamps your night and suggests a plan in the morning ("95 min today?"). You decide; it only becomes your plan if you approve. Remove them anytime. Nobody can lock your phone or change your settings. WHEN THE PACE SLIPS: RE-PLAN TOGETHER Move the date, lower the target, clear borrowed time, or keep going β€” pick one, share it, and a stamp of agreement settles it. Skipped days and declined plans never become borrowed time. BUDGET FIRST Set a social-media budget and a goal for time invested in yourself β€” separately for weekdays and days off. Exercise, study, reading, family: you decide what counts. ONE QUESTION AT NIGHT Social and video time is logged automatically from Screen Time. At night you answer one question β€” "How many minutes did you invest in yourself today?" β€” and today's receipt is closed. In the morning, long-press the notification to mark a usual weekday, a day off, or a no-budget day. WHEN THE BUDGET RUNS OUT Choose to block (a calm shield screen) or just get a heads-up. When you really need it, use "5 more minutes" once a day. BORROWED TIME, NO INTEREST Minutes short of your goal are borrowed from future you. Repay them with leftovers or a repay menu; after four weeks they're written off. A ledger that doesn't scold. SUNDAY: YOUR TIME PASSBOOK Your week as a passbook: take-home, social, invested. See your leakiest hour, your best day, and a suggested budget for next week. Save it as an image to share. WIDGETS Today's balance and social budget on your Home and Lock Screens. PRICING The personal ledger, blocking, borrowed-time book, weekly passbook, a two-person group with one personal and one group goal are free. The free version shows a few unobtrusive ads (no ads with Pro). 1440 Pro ($3.99/month, $24.99/year with a 7-day free trial, or $49.99 once) adds no ads, week-over-week comparison, budgets by weekday, 2–5 block slots, the monthly ledger, borrowing history, groups of 3–5, a second goal, key holder, strict mode, a custom repay menu, and CSV export. If you bought "Unlock everything" in 1.x, you already have Pro. - Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. - Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ - Privacy Policy: https://tsyk-app.com/apps/1440/privacy-policy/ PRIVACY By Apple's design, Screen Time app names, times, and exact minutes never leave your device. Your group only receives the summary you choose to share (time deposited, within budget or not, borrowed time).
