# OCR Copy vs DNS Button

The clearest difference is update cadence: OCR Copy at every 2 days against DNS Button's every 4 days. OCR Copy also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OCR Copy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and DNS Button sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
