# Glits Be vs Self Reflection Journal

The clearest difference is ads: Glits Be at none against Self Reflection Journal's shown. Self Reflection Journal's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Glits Be sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Self Reflection Journal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
