Your calendar shows when you're busy. Your to-do list shows what still needs doing. Prazo puts both in the same view, so you can plan your day without jumping between apps. From the appointment itself to the things you need to prepare, keep your schedule, tasks and everyday lists together. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE Switch between month, week and day views, and adjust the space given to your calendar and ToDos. Connect Apple calendars and import items from Apple Reminders as ToDos. Organize tasks with categories, priorities, hashtags and notes, and set your own repeat intervals. Use Work and Personal Focus filters to choose which categories and linked calendars appear in your planner. PLAN THE WHOLE APPOINTMENT Add a starting address and destination, calculate travel time and see your estimated departure time. Try schedule changes in Plan Preview before saving: compare the timeline before and after, check overlaps and find unscheduled time slots. Link preparation and follow-up ToDos to an appointment, and keep reusable step-by-step plans for things you do regularly. Compare your local time with another time zone and see existing appointments when choosing start and end times. CAPTURE IT WHILE IT'S ON YOUR MIND Share content to Prazo or drag in text, links, photos and files from other apps. Scan documents, attach them as PDFs and add recognized text to a title or note. Text recognition runs on your device. Create shopping lists with quantities, sections and a shopping mode. Enable optional habit tracking for daily goals, progress and history. Find entries, hashtags and attached files with global search. PART OF YOUR APPLE SETUP Capture ToDos with Siri. Use Shortcuts to find, edit, complete or reopen existing entries. Keep plans within reach on Apple Watch and with Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Follow appointment and departure countdowns with Live Activities. Use the Next Appointment widget and supported Live Activities in CarPlay. Choose time- or location-based reminders, or use an alarm for a timed ToDo reminder. Make Prazo yours with light or dark mode, category and hashtag colors, and a choice of app icons. Enable iCloud to sync your planning across devices, share selected entries with other people and use the privacy lock to protect access to the app. Start with today's plans. Add the rest when you need it. Alarms, interactive Siri and Shortcuts results, and CarPlay widgets and Live Activities require iOS 26 or later. Availability also depends on your device, vehicle and system settings.

About

Podoro

Your break was supposed to be five minutes. It's been forty. Podoro is a focus timer that holds up both ends of the deal. It keeps your distracting apps closed while you work — and when the break is over, it pulls you back with an alert you can't quietly ignore, one that sounds through silent mode and Focus. Most timers politely count down and hope you're paying attention. Podoro assumes you aren't. HOW IT WORKS Set your focus length, break length, and how many cycles you want. Choose the apps and websites that derail you. Start. Those apps stay closed for the whole focus block. Focus ends — an unmissable alert hands you your break, and your apps come back. Break ends — the same alert puts you back to work, and the apps close again. Repeat until the session is done. Your streak and focus minutes update on their own. WHAT'S INSIDE • Focus and break lengths — common presets, or any custom number of minutes • App and website blocking through Apple's own Screen Time picker • A live countdown in the Dynamic Island and on your Lock Screen, so you always know where you stand without opening the app • Phase-change alerts that cut through silent mode and Focus, so a break can't quietly turn into an afternoon • A calm block screen — it tells you how much time is left and gets out of the way, instead of scolding you • Daily streak, focus minutes, and a simple session history CALM, NOT PUNISHING Podoro isn't a digital prison. You choose what gets blocked, you choose when to start, and you can end a session early when you genuinely need to. The goal isn't to trap you — it's to add just enough friction that reaching for the wrong app becomes a decision instead of a reflex. ABOUT SCREEN TIME ACCESS Podoro uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) API to close the apps you pick during a focus block. Your selections never leave your iPhone. Podoro has no account, no sign-up, no tracking, and no analytics — it cannot see which apps you use or what you do in them. Everything stays on your device. REQUIREMENTS Requires iOS 26 or later. Podoro's unmissable alerts are built on AlarmKit, which Apple introduced in iOS 26. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
