Khtwa is a calorie counter you talk to, made for American and Arab food. Type what you ate in your own words, or snap a photo, and Khtwa works out the calories, protein, carbs and fat in seconds. "Two cheeseburgers and fries." "Chicken burrito bowl." "A plate of kabsa." Khtwa knows American and Arab food: burgers, mac and cheese, BBQ chicken and burritos, and kabsa, mansaf, dolma and shawarma, plus the home cooking other apps have never heard of. HOW IT WORKS • Type a meal the way you'd say it. No barcode scanning, no scrolling through endless food databases • Log a whole day in one message: breakfast, lunch and dinner, split into meals for you • Fix anything by just saying so: "it was half a plate", "make it 300 calories", "delete that". Corrections never count against your daily allowance • Save the meals you eat often and log them again in one tap • Snap a photo of your plate and every item comes back with its own calories (Plus) MORE THAN FOOD • Track your water through the day • Log your workouts, and bring in active calories from Apple Health • Private weight check-ins, never shared YOUR LANGUAGE • The app is in English and Arabic, switchable inside the app HONEST BY DESIGN • No guilt-trip notifications • No diet ideology. It works whether you're cutting, maintaining or just curious • Sign in with Apple. Delete your account and your data is actually gone KHTWA PLUS Every day you get a free allowance of AI messages, and manual logging, editing, your full history, weight, water and workouts are always free. Plus unlocks unlimited chat and photo logging. New subscribers can try Plus free for 7 days. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Terms of Use: https://khtwa.app/terms/#en Privacy Policy: https://khtwa.app/privacy-policy/#en Khtwa is a small, independent app. Just an honest tool that does one thing, every day. Try it. Or don't. Either way, take care of yourself.
Yazofit

Yazofit is built on a simple idea: train the body you actually have. Before it hands you a plan it measures how you move, and when it talks about food it gives you something you can put on your plate tonight. MOBILITY ASSESSMENT — SIX TESTS, ONE SCORE Six guided self-tests you run at home with a wall and a tape measure: • Wall Ankle Mobility — ankle dorsiflexion, left and right • Stand and Reach — hamstrings and posterior chain • Thomas Test — hip flexor length • Hip Rotation 90/90 — internal and external hip rotation • Apley Scratch Test — shoulder reach, over and under • Lat Stretch Test — overhead position and lat length Each test tells you how long it takes, what equipment you need and the exact numbered steps, so you run it the same way every time. Results are scored against normative ranges, weighted by how much each joint matters, and combined into one mobility score from 0 to 100 — Poor, Below Average, Average, Good or Excellent. Every test that comes back short gets its own prescription: the drills that fix it, in priority order. History and Progress keep every assessment you have ever run, so a stiff ankle or a locked-up hip becomes something you can watch change instead of something you just live with. FOOD ALTERNATIVES — SWAP INSTEAD OF SKIP Diets fall apart at the dinner table, not in the app. Pick a category — protein, carbs, fats or vegetables — choose the food you were going to eat, set the amount, and Yazofit lays calorie-matched alternatives next to it with different macro splits. Same calories, more protein. Same calories, fewer carbs. Hundreds of everyday foods with per-100g values, in Arabic and English. TRAINING Personalised workout plans with clear sets, reps and rest, exercise demonstrations, alternatives for when a machine is taken, and a session you check off as you go. TESTS AND CALCULATORS Strength test, Cooper cardio test, biological age, BMR by Mifflin-St Jeor or Katch-McArdle, and a daily water-intake calculator — each one lists its sources and explains how to read the result. DAILY TRACKING Weight, water, sleep and habits in one place, charted as trends rather than one-off readings. Log meals against your targets and watch the day add up. AI INSIGHTS Your assessments, training log and food choices read together and turned into a short, plain-language answer to "what should I work on next?" ARABIC AND ENGLISH The whole app switches between Arabic and English — including the food database. SUBSCRIPTION Yazofit is free to download and includes free content. Full access to the assessments, personalised plans and the food alternatives engine is available as an in-app purchase; the price and the duration are shown in the app before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Yazofit is a fitness and nutrition app for general wellbeing and education. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Speak to a qualified professional before starting a new programme, particularly if you have an injury or a medical condition. Verdict
The clearest difference is device support: Yazofit at 3 against Khtwa's 1. Yazofit also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Khtwa sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.95 per month and Yazofit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
