# Hue Plan vs nu

The clearest difference is ads: nu at none against Hue Plan's shown. nu also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Hue Plan's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hue Plan sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and nu sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hue Plan ships an update weekly, nu monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
