# Sequence vs Go Time

The clearest difference is ads: Sequence at none against Go Time's shown. Sequence also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 11 days). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sequence sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Go Time sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sequence ships an update every 4 days, Go Time every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
