# ITCertPrep vs AZ

The clearest difference is ads: AZ at none against ITCertPrep's shown. AZ also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ITCertPrep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and AZ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ITCertPrep ships an update every 2 months, AZ every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
