# PomoGarden vs Thicket

The clearest difference is update cadence: Thicket at every 3 days against PomoGarden's every 9 days. Thicket also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PomoGarden sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Thicket sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PomoGarden ships an update every 9 days, Thicket every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
