# MilestonePro vs FINPREP

The clearest difference is update cadence: MilestonePro at weekly against FINPREP's every 5 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MilestonePro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and FINPREP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MilestonePro ships an update weekly, FINPREP every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
