# Skiii Note vs Offhand Typewriter

The clearest difference is update cadence: Skiii Note at every 5 days against Offhand Typewriter's every 10 days. Offhand Typewriter's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Skiii Note sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Offhand Typewriter sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
