# LargeFileTransfer vs 1bit

The clearest difference is update cadence: LargeFileTransfer at every 2 days against 1bit's weekly. On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LargeFileTransfer sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and 1bit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LargeFileTransfer ships an update every 2 days, 1bit weekly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
