# LiftLog vs Hank

The clearest difference is ads: Hank at none against LiftLog's shown. LiftLog's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 11 days) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LiftLog ships an update every 5 days, Hank every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
