Osmi is a cycle tracker and food scanner for women with Hashimoto's and other thyroid conditions. Your cycle, what you eat and how you feel, read together in one app. YOUR CYCLE AS ONE RING Log a period in a tap, or tell Osmi when your last one started and ended. Your whole cycle sits on one ring: period days shaded by how heavy the flow was, your fertile days and ovulation marked as estimates. Drag the day marker to read any day. Already logging in Apple Health? Connect it and your past periods come in. SCAN WHAT YOU EAT Scan a barcode or photograph the ingredient list. Osmi marks each ingredient Fine, Watch or Avoid and says why in plain words: added sugar, seed oils, the additives we flag. It points out what's worth knowing if you live with a thyroid condition, and every product you scan stays in your library. HOW YOU FEEL, EVERY DAY Seven short questions a day: energy, brain fog, feeling cold and more. What you ate and how you moved sit on the same page. Your sleep and heart rate from Apple Health sit beside them, compared with your own recent usual, not a population average. WALK IN PREPARED You see your doctor for about fourteen minutes a year. Osmi keeps the record in between and turns it into a short summary for your appointment: your latest results, what you noticed, and what you changed since last time. YOUR LAB RESULTS (BETA) Photograph a lab report. Osmi reads each result and shows it against the range your own lab printed. Never "normal", never a grade we invented. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account to make. Your period records, symptoms, lab values and Apple Health data are never sent to analytics or advertising tools. WHAT OSMI WILL NOT DO Osmi is educational, not medical advice. It never diagnoses, never tells you what dose to take, and never claims one thing caused another. Ovulation and fertile days are estimates from your dates, not birth control. Osmi can suggest asking your doctor. It will never talk you out of it. MyPattern is a personalized health app built for women's bodies. Track your cycle, symptoms, and hormones alongside your lab results, wearables and medical records — then get AI-powered insights that connect the dots no single app or doctor can see on their own. Most health apps show you one slice. A period tracker doesn't know your thyroid panel. Your lab portal doesn't know you've been exhausted for six months. MyPattern brings it together and finds your pattern. WHAT YOU CAN DO Track your cycle, periods, ovulation, and fertility windows. Log symptoms — fatigue, brain fog, hot flashes, mood, sleep, pain, bloating, headaches, libido. Connect medical records, wearables and lab results from thousands of hospitals, clinics, and labs. See lab trends over time instead of one-off numbers — hormones, thyroid, iron, vitamin D, cholesterol, glucose, and more. Get AI-powered insights that link your symptoms to your labs, cycle phase, and history. Sync steps, sleep, weight, and heart rate from Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, and more. Build a shareable summary before appointments so nothing gets forgotten Add family health history to understand your inherited risk. MADE FOR EVERY PHASE Cycle tracking and PMS patterns. Trying to conceive, or navigating fertility treatment. Pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Perimenopause and menopause — hot flashes, irregular cycles, sleep disruption, and what your hormone panels actually mean. Conditions that get dismissed or missed for years: PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, thyroid disease, autoimmune conditions, anemia, and chronic fatigue. YOUR LABS, FINALLY IN PLAIN ENGLISH Import bloodwork and see what each marker means for you — not just whether it fell inside a lab's reference range. Get deep dive insights and watch your levels move across months and years. Know which numbers are worth asking your doctor about, and bring specific questions instead of vague ones. ALL YOUR RECORDS IN ONE PLACE Doctors change. Insurance changes. Portals multiply. New wearable devices are introduced. MyPattern connects all of them in one place so your health history follows you — visits, diagnoses, medications, immunizations, allergies, HRV, exercise, and results from every provider you've seen, in a single timeline you own. WALK INTO APPOINTMENTS PREPARED Turn months of tracked symptoms and lab trends into a clear one-page summary you can share with your doctor, your OB-GYN, your specialist, or a second opinion. Being taken seriously starts with having your data. PRIVACY YOU CAN CHECK Your health data is yours. We never sell it. You choose what to share and with whom. WHO USES MYPATTERN Women who have been told their labs are "normal" while they feel anything but. Anyone tracking a cycle, planning a pregnancy, or working through perimenopause. People managing a chronic condition across multiple specialists. Any woman who wants their health data in one place instead of ten. Download MyPattern free to track your cycle and symptoms, connect your records, and see your lab trends. MyPattern Premium unlocks unlimited AI health insights, discounts on labs and supplements, full lab trend history, advanced hormone and cycle analysis, and appointment prep summaries.
