# GLP vs GLP Me

The clearest difference is update cadence: GLP Me at every 6 days against GLP's every 2 months. GLP's advantage is iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GLP sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and GLP Me sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GLP ships an update every 2 months, GLP Me every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
