Cutvey is the production office for video production companies, on iPhone, iPad and Mac: every lead, proposal, shoot, cut, invoice and delivery, with your team, your crew and your clients working in the same workspace. Sign in and the day is already laid out: what is booked, what is due, what came in and what needs you now. THE BUSINESS ON ONE SCREEN Revenue, unpaid invoices and the proposals waiting on a signature are the first things you see, with this week's shoots and cut deadlines below and who is on each. Paste an email or your call notes into Ask AI and it comes back sorted as a lead, an expense or a client note, ready for you to check and save. FROM FIRST CALL TO FINAL PAYMENT An inquiry becomes a lead. A lead becomes a proposal your client signs from their phone. The signature opens the project and bills the first payment, and when the final balance is paid, delivery unlocks on its own. One pipeline, no loose ends. EVERY SHOOT, READY Build the call sheet once and everyone on it has theirs: call times, the location, parking and the nearest hospital. Crew confirm with a tap. Directions open in Apple Maps, and a leave reminder works out when to head out from the drive time. THE CAMERA DOES THE PAPERWORK Scan a business card and it becomes a lead. Scan a receipt and it becomes an expense, with the merchant, date and total read on the device. Scan a barcode or a printed serial and it lands on the gear record, or check out a whole kit by scanning label after label. Scouting? Capture the location with photos, the address and a pin, straight into the project. Sign with Apple Pencil, and draw on the exact frame when you review a cut. A SEAT FOR EVERYONE Owners see the whole business. Producers book crew and run the shoot without seeing the books. Editors land on their edit queue and the client's notes, with deadlines that cannot sneak up. An accountant gets the books, the reports and each project's money, and nothing else. Roles are built in, so each person sees what they need and nothing they should not. ONE CONVERSATION PER JOB Talk with your team, a project's crew or the client in conversations tied to the project, and get a notification for the moments that matter: a signed proposal, a payment, a client note, a crew confirmation. FREE FOR CREW The crew you book get their call sheets, deal memos, W-9s and pay in one place, across every studio they shoot for, on a free crew account. A CLIENT PORTAL UNDER YOUR NAME Clients review cuts and galleries, leave notes on the exact frame, sign proposals and pay invoices, all under your studio's name. Final files unlock when the final payment lands. SIGNED IN, LOCKED DOWN Passwordless sign-in with an emailed code, never a password, and App Lock with Face ID or Touch ID if you want it. With App Lock on, a web sign-in to your seat asks this device first, and Yes, it's me stands in for the emailed code. Links in Cutvey emails open in the app, signed in, on the right page. ON EVERY DEVICE YOU CARRY The same workspace on iPhone and iPad, and on the Mac a real Mac app: one proper window, the menu bar, keyboard shortcuts, a Settings window and the native Save panel for every download. THE FINE PRINT Cutvey needs a seat in a Cutvey workspace, and you sign in with that seat's email address. Accounts are not created in the app, and what a seat sees is set by its role. Face ID, Touch ID, notifications, location and the camera are each optional. Nothing is sold in the app. No ads. No third-party tracking. Available in 41 languages. Cutvey is the companion app to your Cutvey workspace on the web. Made by filmmakers in Orlando, Florida.
