# Molesweeper! vs Rotate Rings

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Molesweeper! at 100% against Rotate Rings's 52%. Rotate Rings's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (68K vs 9). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rotate Rings holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rotate Rings has 68K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Molesweeper!'s written reviews are positive against 52% of Rotate Rings's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Molesweeper! ships an update every 5 days, Rotate Rings every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
