# AnyRead vs OmniReader

The clearest difference is update cadence: AnyRead at every 8 days against OmniReader's every 3 weeks. AnyRead also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AnyRead sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and OmniReader sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AnyRead ships an update every 8 days, OmniReader every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
