# Honesmith Optics vs Camera18

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Camera18 at 15.1 against Honesmith Optics's 17.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Honesmith Optics sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Camera18 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
