# MovePlan vs Couples Confluence

The clearest difference is update cadence: Couples Confluence at every 9 days against MovePlan's every 3 months. Couples Confluence also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MovePlan sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Couples Confluence sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MovePlan ships an update every 3 months, Couples Confluence every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
