The clearest difference is ads: Readity at none against Readerr's shown. Readity also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). Readerr's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Readity sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Readerr sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
