# Brobuddy vs Drone Command

Brobuddy and Drone Command both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Drone Command's written reviews are positive against 14% of Brobuddy's. Brobuddy's advantage is ratings volume (1.6K vs 110) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Brobuddy sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Drone Command sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Brobuddy against 4.4 for Drone Command. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brobuddy has 1.6K ratings behind it against 110, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 14% of Brobuddy's written reviews are positive against 100% of Drone Command's.

Brobuddy ships an update fortnightly, Drone Command every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
