# HonestFast vs Steady

The clearest difference is ads: Steady at none against HonestFast's shown. Steady also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HonestFast sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Steady sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for HonestFast against 5.0 for Steady. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 3 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

HonestFast ships an update fortnightly, Steady weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
