# ProPlank vs Plank Form Timer

The clearest difference is update cadence: Plank Form Timer at every 2 weeks against ProPlank's every 5 weeks. ProPlank's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProPlank sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Plank Form Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ProPlank ships an update every 5 weeks, Plank Form Timer every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 6, 2026.
