# EclipseGo vs PharmaQ

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: EclipseGo at none against PharmaQ's 3. PharmaQ's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PharmaQ sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. EclipseGo asks for nothing beyond the download.

EclipseGo ships an update monthly, PharmaQ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
