# Reflet vs Dietivation

The clearest difference is ads: Reflet at none against Dietivation's shown. Dietivation's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reflet sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Dietivation sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Reflet ships an update every 2 weeks, Dietivation daily. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
